I am a Wife and Mama to 3 beautiful kiddos.  I was born and raised in a small suburb outside of Kalamazoo, MI and  moved to Fort Worth, Texas in 2016 and absolutely love it here.

Fun fact my husband and I have been married since 2010 and have moved a total of 6 times and to 5 different states -and each one of our kiddos are born in a different state.
 
I love warm summer nights, Michigan football (Go Blue!), spending time with family, documenting life, anything chocolate, and I have a small obsession with hats. I am an Enneagram 9 which fits me to a "T" as I have always said
I am a midwest girl with a hippie soul my husband would tell you that I would be completely content living on the side of a river in a VW Bus - listening to red dirt country and my girl Stevie Nicks.

In 2021 I applied to become a member of the Click Community as a ClickPro Elite and was accepted. Also in 2021
I had my first ever publication that I am very proud of because it has to be one of my favorite images I have ever taken of my younger daughter.

My Passion: I love capturing the intimate moments between my clients, the ones that you would likely forget if not frozen in time.
 
I am a natural light photographer so you will often find me chasing the sun to get all of those beautiful tones you see in my images. I strive for images that will bring a smile (or tear) to your face. I look for the little details such as the way your little ones hand brushes your cheek as they look into your eyes, those oh so yummy belly laughs, and the true genuine connection you have as a family.
 
My Goal: Although I will guide you through poses, I want you and your family to take the lead. From the start it is my mission to make your dream session a reality. I offer an interactive styling website that helps create the perfect outfits for you and your family, as well as a small client closet that is at your disposal.
 
Wardrobe plays such an important role in the way your images will tell a story, so I try to make it as stress-free as possible.
 
We will go over location - as much as I prefer to be outdoors at golden hour, that may not always be an option and that is okay, some of my favorite images are from overcast days. If being in a field or outdoors is not your scene, we can certainly do an urban shoot or utilize some of the gorgeous studios here in DFW.
